Failed to unlock after paying $2.99 for upgrade – Metapho Review

I paid the $2.99 required to actually make this app do anything useful and it didn’t unlock the editing features. Very dissatisfied. I tried paying a second time to unlock and it still didn’t work. How do I get my money back?
