Love this app

So well done and so useful!

Redo please

This app use to be totally free, if I remember right. I use to be able to edit metadata through the app extension. Now I have to pay for the features that use to be free, which I did, thinking I would get some features back, and I can only apear to edit in the actual app. Please, at least bring back the edit through extension in photo app feature, this would make the app much better.

Very good app but can’t select and copy the camera info

BigToonce

I really do like the app, it’s clearly a labor of love by the developer(s). Plenty of key features make this a great app. I have only one other feature I wish it had; the ability to copy the camera metadata so I can paste the text elsewhere in apps on my phone (like notes and in social media post comments accompanying my photographs). Other photographers are often interested in the camera, iso and other camera settings but aren’t going to dig into the exif data embedded into the photo to find that info. That addition would make the posting workflow so much easier. It’d be a five star app for me.

Fantastic interface but limited

Robin Takami

I need to be able to view and copy (on my phone) the captions I write for photos in Lightroom. Unable to view in app

One of the missing pieces in iOS

Viewing (and sometimes editing) photo metadata is something I do regularly on desktop computers. Until Metapho, I was not able to do this on iOS. It makes my phone feel a bit more like the real pocket computer I want it to be.

This app is literally useless unless...

...you do the in-app purchase to "unlock" it's features.

Hidden fee

If you’re charging to use the app then say it up front. Don’t ask users to allow access to their photos and then hit them with it. Transparency = trust. You lost my trust and my business.

Only Good for Info

So don’t bother with the extensions—this is a real bare-bones app. In some cases it doesn’t even display the whole photo, cutting off the top and bottom. And it doesn’t even offer a button so you can see the whole pic. Controls are nearly non-existent so it’s all very awkward and fumbly. Frankly, I only gave it 4-stars because I only needed to know the basic info for various pics and it does that well enough so I’m satisfied, but with a little work this could be a far better app. Then they’d charge you $9.99.
