App crashing

I just updated the app (July 13, 2018), and now it keeps on crashing. I can't open it anymore! What kind of update is this?!?!?!

Whenever I receive GIFS from one particular person it just shows me a blank square n it’s annoying because then I have to ask what the gif is. Other than this the app is great.. it’s a lot more updated than my actual phone texting app. But please fix the GIF issue

It's way to easy to click it should not be so close to the message box I accidentally press it more than I want to actually use it

At first this app is nice and helpful for me. I used this to communicate with my staffs using group chat. Until one day i noticed that i don’t receive nessages, but when I open the app i have unread messages. I restart my phone (iphone x) hoping that it would be ok. Until now am using the app but so annoyed, because i missed some important things in business. ?
