Why did you drop features?

Mainline9

Good app but don't like the recent update. Now from a swimmers race results page, I can no longer click on the event name and get to the race results. Bring it back and I’ll up the stars!

What Happened?

@Soup Ladle

Where did the event summary go? Disappointed!

Don’t update to latest version!

Travisrich

For some odd reason they removed one of the best features. Now there is no way to view the final results/psych sheet/records and standards from the swimmer’s profile. In order to review this information, which is very cumbersome you have to literally go to the actual meet and look up the events separately. it makes no sense at all that they would remove this. I was just at a meet today and everybody was complaining about the same thing

Some parents expectations are out of line

9/29/19 The update is nice but you removed a very handy feature: a link to the event from a Swimmer’s results in that event. That link provided a way to quickly see the overall race results. This brings us to the main issue: there is too much back and forth tapping on this app. You need to add swipe features, 3D Touch features, and links to help navigate the database. Moving through this app is frustratingly time consuming. Most importantly, Please add data sanity checks. So tired of hosts double or triple uploading their event/swimmers to the MeetMobile event file and not being able to see results tied to my “favorited” swimmers. Not only that, any notifications are tied to the 1st iteration of the Swimmer’s name which ends up displaying no event info under these circumstances. This issue makes the database unbearable to use. FORCE hosts to change the name of the meet if they upload swimmers names more than once to the same event file! You have to detect the issue and automate the solution. Meets are on weekends, and there is no way to call Active and hide meets. Thank you 10/18/18 before I volunteered to be an Administrative Official (AO) for our club I didn’t understand how results were uploaded to meet mobile and often complained about accuracy or timeliness. No longer! The AO is responsible for making sure all of the swimmers’ times are judged and entered accurately. When there is a timing issue it can take time to correct and upload those times. We have to wait for lane timer sheets to check your Swimmer’s s pad time against the backup times. Pad times are uploaded to Meet Mobile once we pull times from the timing system. We are also correcting times as the swim meet moves on. Be patient for final results. Hope this helps some parents/spectators understand that results are not always immediately reported. If you want to understand more then volunteer for your swim club as an admin official.

Less features after update

C.D.4

Bring back the feature that allowed users to go directly to the full event results from swimmer’s page.

Favorite feature gone

Mr. iPhone User

Looking at a swimmers results Meet -> swimmers -> name -> event One could quickly click on the event and see the complete results. It was kinda hidden, but one of the easiest ways to navigate. Looks like that is gone.

Most used feature removed in update

Sle-Dog

Can no longer click on swimmers event to see the full results! Please update!

Suggestion

Ever since updating to iOS 13.1.2, I am no longer able to see the event results by clicking the event from within the Swim Detail page.

Question on current version

linx513

Why did you remove the option to toggle from swimmer to event summary from the swimmer page? I like the older version better.

The latest update is terrible!

The font is difficult to read. You can no longer click on the event from a swimmer’s result to see how other swimmers placed. You can longer get to the meet from a swimmer’s page. So when you get an alert, it’s useless for comparing that swimmer to other swimmers unless you know the exact meet name & scroll through the events form the meet page.
