You are “forcing” clubs that already pay you a lot to get their extended family to also pay you.. bad app.
Can’t access everything even w/ subscription

Meetmobile now has users—even those with subscriptions—pay for say, finals heat sheets. This wasn’t how it was before. This app is very pay-to-use and is getting greedier by the day. In the future, I hope they stop trying to constantly exploit the users of this app.
No update information

I downloaded the app on Sat because my children have meet on Sat & Sun. Today is Fri, 5 days after the meet is ended, and they still didn’t update the results on Sun yet. What a disappointment. Save your money and find some other better way to track the results. This app is not worthy for the money. The solution I got from this app is, “Call the host myself and ask them to update the information.” Can you believe that??? The app ask me as a paid customer to call the host to find out the results myself!!! The app ask me to do their job!!! Why I need to pay you??? I am so disappointed with this app. I found my kid’s results from a different free app which they update the information the very next day after the meet. Nothing wrong the the host. It is you, Meet Mobile! Don’t waste your money. Go find something else. It has been over two weeks. Still done have the update information. Respond as follow, “ The information is uploaded by Meet Hosts. We always encourage Meet Hosts to offer this very valuable feature to parents, swimmers and fans but we cannot guarantee that they will upload all information from their meets in time. We also have no access to upload/edit any information in the app from our side. I am so sorry we have no meet host contact information from our side. “ 1. Basically, they are still saying the host didn’t upload the information, but the funny thing is that I found the information from a different app which is free the very next day. 2. They refused to do anything such as contact the host to see why their system didn’t update and fix the issue. In conclusion, the host did their job, but no this app. Understand, nothing is perfect, but the biggest problem is that they are not willing to face it and do something to fix it and make it better.

This app is amazing. Great price too tell all about my swimming. Best app maybe ever! Only one suggestion, maybe make an Apple Watch app, would make it cool and better for on the go. No complaints after that though

Since your latest update I have been unable to get Meet Mobile to load on my Apple Watch.

I subscribed and paid to access results of an event already in progress but despite reloading app and restarting my phone, I’m still being asked to pay.

This app used to be an amazing and quick way to look up placings,times, and splits; but somehow over the past two years it had gone down hill so hard. Constantly glitching, meets only being partially updated, clicking on one meet and being directed to a different one,etc. I am more than happy to change me review once these things are fixed but until then. This has become a 1 star app.
Beware of the duplicates

You will get duplicate profiles and request assistance from tech support and they will completely blow you off.
