Used to work better

Swimfolk

I do enjoy being able to follow a meet's progress and my swimmers during the meet. However, I noticed that I have a notification on meet mobile- but when I open up the app, there is nothing showing, and there aren't any notifications or a place to review in the app. Recently, I saw that favorite swimmers had new times on my phone's notification screen, but again, there was nothing to be found found when I clicked on the individual swimmer. These are annoying glitches that need to be fixed.

Not acceptable

J1234456693913927

This app glitches so much and only works to do anything about 25% of the time. And when it does work, expect it to be slow with many glitches. I expect more for an app I have to pay $6 a year for.

Doesn't work anymore

Mandmsolis

I have a current subscription however it's asking me to pay again. Not worth the $6 if it's not going to work. Disappointed, to say the least! Please fix!

Total flop

JKP00

Im at Sunkissed Invitational, NC. Results come with 24 hour delay. It is Sunday 11am and they still say that Saturday morning is "in progress". Yesterday was the same. And actually for more than a year this is a payed application. R U people kidding me?

Update broke it

Dude1!!

I had the annual paid option and it updated and wants me to pay again. I already did and don't want to pay again just to get times. So annoying. When it worked it was great! I loved it and have been using it for more than a year and recommended to all my friends. Won't if I have to pay more that I should have too.

Nickled and dimed to death

Subscribed when it used to give heat and lane assignments. Now they took that away and you need to buy the data at each meet. That is cheating. I bought based on being able to get lane assignments as well as times, and they pulled a bait and switch. Also half of the screen is taken up with graphics, whites pace and banners - please get those out if the way and make everything more compact. Lastly / most recent info should be on top not on the bottom!! Have to scroll for everything! I will not subscribe any more.

What a rip off

????

Don't waste ur time. This used to be a free access app but now you are required to pay monthly. How ridiculous there aren't even swim meets monthly for each swimmer.

No results? Swimmers aren't listed

happyappy95

Two meets in our area that encountered major glitches this weekend. Several swimmers were not even listed. Female swimmers listed under male events and vice versa. App indicated that entire meet was completed BEFORE it began Saturday am. No results for my son or others. Exactly what is the benefit of this app if it doesn't report accurately and pull correctly from entered swimmers? What are we paying for? Push notifications pop up on phone, but disappear. That is, if you get a notification at all. I haven't been getting them for majority of the season...

WARNING. This app doesn't work

goldenfly

This app only worked a couple times correctly for me after I purchased it several months ago. Now I have every single issue you can have with this app on my iPhone 6+. It freezes, meets don't show up, can't purchase heat sheets for lane assignments, it's horrible. Cool idea, lame execution.

Poor design

Love eating

This is a poorly designed app. Before a meet starts, every parent and swimmer wants to easily see a list of the swimmer's events, heats, and lanes. It's no longer included in the paid version unless you want to pay even more. It doesn't include which swimmer you are in the relay. And everything is posted so late that we would miss 1-2 events if we waited around for info from the app. As a result, I have to crowd around a board to write down this info before the meet starts. Also the design is clunky. If I pick a meet, and select Favorites to select my favorite swimmer (my kid of course), it leads me back to a list of meets, starting with the old meets at the top and requiring me to scroll down to get to today's meet (even though I previously selected the meet). If I want to pick another Favorite (my other child), I have to go through the same clunky process to pick his name and the same meet. Over and over again we go... The only thing I like is that when the event is over (long over), I eventually get a notification with his result and can see how many hundredths of a second he has improved (or not). The app has potential but it needs better programmers and a advisory group of real swim parents.
