I paid 40 bucks to have him tell me he can’t prescribe me anything because they don’t cover that. But they don’t have a list of stuff they can’t help you with.

I developed an unusual bump on my eye while on vacation. This app helped me to communicate with a doctor within an hour of picking up my ipad. I sent a photo of the problem and the dr gave me a good diagnosis. I am thankful that i did not have to get in the car and try to find medical help. The app worked great on my ipad. The video chat was not available but the photo function worked fine.

Thank you for being available when all of the urgent cares in my area were closed. I was freaking out about the rash that was spreading on my arm, and he put me at ease.

This application clearly states that it will address many different behavioral issues such as depression. I have a current, non classfull prescription (Zoloft) needing to be refilled. The dr said she could not refill this. Talk about a huge waste of money. It was the same cost as a walk in clinic would have been not to mention the added benefit of actually walking out with my prescription in hand. I wish I could give this a zero star rating. Horrible service.

This was the only virtual site my insurance company accepted. The doctor I spoke with was thorough l, listened to my symptoms and provided me with the necessary meds to get me on the road to recovery. Would definitely use again.
Great service but lousy app

Had a perfect case for this service and since my health insurance offered the service at no charge we tried it out. First went to the website using a browser on the iPhone (safari) and could not complete the sign up due to the website not being “mobile ready”. I then downloaded the app and almost was able to schedule a call until I was required to check acceptance to the terms. The iPhone app would not allow me to check that box. The app was not fully compatible with IOS. I then scheduled the call with the friendly and helpful csr and we had a call and a prescription ready to be picked up in an hour. My cost was $5.00. Awesome! Great service. The technology company however should be fired. Why should I trust you with my families health when you cannot even have a proper web form or iOS app. Inexcusable!!
