Awful experiences every time!

I’m appalled at the awful service I have received every time I use this. The doctors don’t listen, nor do they prescribe the correct medications! I will need my money refunded ASAP! I will never use this app or service again and I will NEVER refer anyone to use this!

I love the way the app looks and works, but I’m only able to get it work ~50% of the time. I have had login issues with it and I have also received lots of error messages selecting the patient when attempting to schedule an appointment with a provider.

I just can’t believe how stubborn I have been to have not tried this service through MDLive. The app was simple to use and I have an antibiotic waiting for me already at the pharmacy. There is no way I could accomplish this at the ER, Urgent Care, or my own Doctor for anywhere near the cost or amount of time required. I recommend you give this a try.

if i could give a 0 rating i would!!! this is the worst thing ever. i was consulted for an ear infection and the guy told me to go get nyquil or over the counter sinus medicine! waste of my time. i used website callondoc and they got me ear drops sent in to the doctor now i’m 100% better. don’t waste your time with this bull crap app

I made a 8:00pm appt with a physician and it’s 8:43pm and no phone call, no email message...nothing! I’m dealing with a sick child and this is the service I get! No thank you!

Today I used this app again for my 13 yr old stomach virus victim Son. It would have been horrible trying to get him to the Dr with explosions on both ends. Within 3 minutes I was speaking to a Dr who felt my pain with a very nauseated child in a car ride. Love this service! I recommend it to everyone. I have used it myself and it was fantastic to speak with a Dr in the convenience of my own home , especially when you feel like dirt. Working smarter. Not harder. Thanks MDLIVE.
