Machine down...no refund

When they are unable to fulfill your order they force you to call McDonald's for the refund. There has to be a better way of doing this.
“Closed” Stores are really open!

App often shows some but not all stores as being closed even though they really open! This prevents the use of the app for on-line orders, and bars the use of “deals” that the app uses to lure users to McDonald’s and then keeps them from using! A total SHAM!
Easy to use, but just one problem

My rewards QR code won’t load in the app when I go under the scan code section. Thus, I can’t earn points in store. One thing that could help this is if there was a section to enter receipt information to earn points when this happens.
Worked Until Last Update

This app was great to use until the last update when it logged me out and will not let me log back in. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again and still nothing. Have not been able to get it to work for months.
Fix Your Stupid App

There is nothing more aggravating than placing an order before leaving the house, pull up to the restaurant to check in, and then find there is no order placed. This happens constantly. Previous order always comes up for check in when app is launched. Just pathetic.

This app is no good! You can place and pay for your order on here but it will not let someone else pick up your order for you.
Unable to login

Near as I can tell you need full bars on wireless in order to log in, and even then it required several minutes of failing to log in and then restarting the app before I just went into the restaurant to order. Definitely not a time saver in that regard.
Please include all menu items.

Use the app nearly everyday. Really find it convenient. But, many of the menu items are missing. Used to be on the menu pre-pandemic. Thanks.
Needs Work

We have tried 3 different times to order from this app. Each time we could only get as far as ordering one Happy Meal and then nothing more. If another Happy Meal is ordered, it will not allow it to add to bag. Two of the times it told us there were no Happy Meals available, only to drive to the restaurant to find out that there were. I think it does that so we can’t use any deals on the app and have to pay full price. We’ve lost $9 not being able to use the $3 off $15 deal three times! Makes us want to eat elsewhere!
