Can't find support on the App anywhere. Common these days for Apps to have tutorial links etc. looking forward to getting a clip to work on iPhone 7+. Every time I stop recording the button keeps processing until I give up and close the app.

This is the third manual-control type app I've tried. I learned of it from Robbie Carman of Lynda.com and I agree with his enthusiasm for the app. My problem with the other apps I've tried is the interface; they've all got similar levels of manual control but you really have to work hard to get things where you want. This app puts everything important front and center and puts everything else you need behind a shallow (as in not lots of layers deep) menu system so everything is within easy reach. I also love the monitoring functions (focus peaking and zebra) and adjustable frame rates, resolutions, and encoding rates. I usually run my iPhone as a backup during video shoots (e.g. I shoot dance recitals for the local dance studio) in case anything catastrophic happens to my primary camera, but I've struggled to get the focus and exposure right in the default camera app. Looking forward to using this app during the next shoot!
How pro can you go?

I just downloaded it and it just doesn't work you push the rec button and it doesn't even load or start recording I expect my money back

Mavis is miles ahead of any other camera app available in the App Store today. It is the most complete and most stable camera app I've ever tried. Most other camera apps either don't have enough granular control, crash way to much, or both. Mavis gives all the granular control you'll ever need, and I've never had it crash on me, ever. TL;DR: If you want a stable, granular, DSLR quality app. Mavis is for you.

I was concerned that this would be a difficult app to learn to use, and with the price as another factor, I had to take some time to think before I got the app. Now that I have it, I can safely say that this was one of the best apps I have ever purchased. The quality is superb and the controls are actually very simple.

This app has so much control. FPS, shutter speed, ISO, full range manual focus (you can focus closer to the lens with this than other apps), focus peaking, zebra, false color, histogram, waveform, 100mbps, 4K, white balance, stabilization off for true full sensor field of view. The interface is fluid and quick. It's right on point for filmmakers.
