Doesn’t work well

This app was great for the first couple of months I had it. Recently, it wouldn’t update my points for weeks. I finally logged in and out a few times and they updated but when I try to spend them the app can’t complete the process. As far as free drinks go, it always showed that I have 3 punches. I have had to rely on the people who work at the store to inform me when I have earned a free drink. Yesterday it finally showed I had a free drink but the drink I purchased (I didn’t redeem the free one yet) doesn’t show on the punch card.

I have lost trail points, because every time I go in to try to use them to buy stuff it just sits there forever saying gathering data. It will not let me buy anything with them for a while now. I have tried almost daily. I just realized it might be just the App not working.

Reset password problems

Asks me to reset password every time I try to login but never sends a password reset email. Have tried to use their website to reset then login but it still makes me reset.

My points or punches never update unless I delete the ap and redownload every time. The old ap was 100 times better.

They have fixed the app and I am able to spend my points. Maverick is the only place I get gas and where I go for my daily drink.

Needs Apple Pay

Maverick desperately needs to integrate the ability to use Apple Pay through their app or at the pump since the payment method at the pump doesn’t let you. For any type of NFC payment you have to walk inside and notify them you’ll be using Apple Pay and pay inside.

Barcode only

Literally the only thing this app is good for is for scanning your Adventure card barcode, or whatever its called, which really you dont even need to since you can punch in your phone number. Ever since the big update (which also was late) back in like September or whatever, nothing works. The points displayed arent accurate anymore, the punches on your punch card arent accurate, Ive given up on playing the "redeem your points" game because thats useless now, and it has shown a free drink punch card full for like a month now, but I redeemed it a month ago. Literally the only reason I use this still is its marginally faster to scan my barcode on here than to type in my phone number.

This app has an issue and it’s not only me experiencing this issue as I’ve talked to people I work with that have had the same problem. Every time I go out of the app it logs me out and wants my user name and password again. It’s so frustrating when your paying and in a hurry and there is a long line. I have had points and freebies go unused because I can’t get logged in. I do not have any other food apps that require this and it makes me just avoid maverick all together.

Points take a long time to update on the app so you never know what you really have. Same goes for punches and when you have free stuff. Website works best

Won’t even let me create an account. Already have a card, barcode scanner won’t work. After putting card number in manually it still won’t work
