The app forced me to update. After updating, it required me to log back in. I can’t log back in. I’ve attempted to reset the password by every means available: email address; other email address; phone number; card number; card number, again. Nothing. NOTHING! NOTHING?! Ok. So, I try creating a new account. After entering all the information, I can’t submit the info. I don’t get any feedback from the app. I’ve repeatedly been given the check your email message. Nothing. This app is so broken that I can’t even tell how broken it really is.

The app works great, it was easy to set up my card and using the trail points to get free food is really simple.

The app isn't registering my punches for things like burritos. Also, not able to use any of my points. I have asked several times about punches and points. They only seem to try to address the punches but won't ever acknowledge that I can't spend the points. After specifically asking several times "why can't I use my points", absolutely no response. I get a "we show the punches are there". "Nope still no punches" and I ask "what about the points?" "We show the punches are being registered." I'll take my business elsewhere.

I used to use my card to get discount gas. Now my phone number, email and the card don’t work. I have tried reregistering repeatedly and nothing works. I get no emails when I ask for a reset. Going back to Sam’s Club or Costco to get gasoline much cheaper; but I still need Maverik blue gas for power equipment.

I have a nitro card. It stopped reading. Got another one, can’t get it entered. Takes forever to get them on the phone and still doesn’t help.

Hi all these people who say you cant connect a card to the app arent following the simple instructions that state you have to scan the barcode on the back of the card for the app to read your card number maybe try and taking the paper off the back and try not to get the QR code in the same image or it will read that instead of the intended barcode scan

I’ve had a card for years. Whenever I try to make an account on the app it doesn’t let me. It just says that I can’t. I’ve tried on lots of different phones and over a course of several months and the only thing that happens is a message appears that says my request cannot be completaré at the time and that I need to try a different time. App is garbage.
