Bad Update!!

I really dislike this new update! It will track your points from a Nitro Card but it no longer shows you your purchases!! Very inconvenient for people who allow kids and husband to use the same card-please bring back my purchase history!

Since the new app I have to delete and reinstall the app to see my points when I earn more. The app doesn’t refresh when I earn more Points.

Love the new design. But doesn’t update

I love the new design of the app. I like that I can see my rewards on the main page. But I have to log off and back on to update my points and rewards. When the app was first updated it worked fine and I didn’t have to log in and out. If that were fixed I would be giving 5 stars and not 3.

Becoming Useless

In the beginning it was great. Then nothing progressed. Now the app is slow, crashes, unresponsive, and the whole idea is old and becoming useless. There is so much that could be done through the app, but the only thing I now use the app for is to...oh wait, nothing. I so hope you have a new app in the making. Everything else about Maverik is king. Thanks for everything else Maverik.

And it said bug fixes???

Upgraded the app and went to pull it up and just got the barcode, can’t access my account with the mobile app, I have to pull it up on internet to access my account. And it said bug fixes???

Good. Needs a little more.

I like the recent changes with redemptions. Needs more work with crashing during certain functions such as looking at purchase histories or updating info. Have trouble redeeming rewards at stores I’ve cashed in, and rewards sometimes lack critical details such as: It says bonfire hoagie but the ones around here don’t make hoagies anymore but those newer sandwiches. And unless it’s part of my trouble using them it excludes the bonfire wraps.

Convenient but a little slow

This app makes using my Maverik Rewards so easy! No need for a physical card or a bunch of punch cards cluttering up my wallet. I also love that I can redeem my points for a G-Card and get one in a store within minutes. The app itself is a bit slow but it’s rarely much of an inconvenience.

Mapping doesn’t work

When I click find a Maverik it shows a map of nearby stores. I’ll click on one; it displays fuel prices (often incorrect) and the address of the store. Tapping on the address brings up a navigation map(Apple Maps). All fine but the map doesn’t update while in motion—ever. This may be a Apple problem but I don’t have this issue outside the Maverik app. API problem?

This app was never even updated for the iPhone 6 Plus! So it looks even worse on my iPhone XS Max. C’mon Maverik stop being cheap and update this freakin app!
