Can’t get the app to work

I try to log in. It says my email is not in the system. So I go to set up a new account and it says that my email is already in the system and can’t use it. I can’t even log in to see my points. I have had a rewards card for years and get emails from them all of the time.

This thing isn’t updated nearly as often as it should be for how big Maverik is. The website isn’t a whole lot better. I personally haven’t been able to get logged in, I’ll take that as me having made some mistake in the sign up process, but the that aside two things that bother me. 1. the App almost looks and functions more like a webpage than app and 2. the app isn’t even fitted to the screen properly, which would be a basic update I’d think if you plan on having an app with Apple. I have the iPhone XR, the last update from the time of this review was 4 months ago, and the XR has been out a good while longer than that so they should’ve figured out how to fit it to the screen by now. I hope Maverik will stop wasting their time and money, fire their current iOS developers and hire someone competent.

I can’t spend trail points. I can view punch cards. I can’t get buy stuff to load anything. Can’t update my address. I’m not exaggerating the only thing I can do is open it up so the bar code scans. What a waste.
Keeps throwing 404

This app used to work. Lately all I get are 404 errors trying to navigate anywhere apart from the home page. Makes earning points pointless if I cannot redeem them or punch cards.

This app was working so-so until I updated it. Now NOTHING. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it. NOTHING. I logged out and now I can't even log back in... Seriously?! For as big as Maverik is this is totally unacceptable! Your app developer/IT needs to be fired! Even after the update the stupid app STILL isn't optimized for the iPhone XS Max... What the literally hell...??♂️??♂️??
