Couldn’t complete registration

How do you use an app when the submit button won’t work. I entered all the info hit submit and nothing happened. The cancel button did work. Tried again three time, every other button worked but the submit. App is being uninstalled. If we can’t register the adventure card online with our computer, we will find a gas station chain that has rewards cards we can register and give them our business.

The new update is terrible. Not user friendly, harder to navigate, and takes forever to load. Not sure why they decided to go backwards in time with the update.. in the mean time I find myself needing to give the cashier my phone number rather than using the small little upc on the app since it won’t load fast enough.

Everything was awesome, now I have to log in every time I open the app and it has me reset my password every time as well. Major bug! Please fix, then we’ll go back to 5 stars.
Constantly asking for login

This new version of the app is constantly asking for me to login. Nearly every time I open it. And it doesn’t give me the option to use the keychain on my phone. Nor have they implemented FaceID for logging in. So I’ve pretty much stopped using the app since it’s become a big hassle.
Can’t login after update

There was a recent update to the application that required re-authentication. I’ve tried several times to login to the app and reset my password with no luck. What good’s an application if you can’t access it?
Adventure Card should support Apple Wallet

I don’t want to carry a card around. I also don’t want to have to open a random app and scan a barcode every time I get gas. The Adventure Card should be compatible with Apple Wallet, so I can do everything directly from my Apple Watch. Would make things so much easier.

So the new update is crap. I have been logged out of the app. And it wants me to update my info all over with them every time I try to log in. Weird. Then today I caught this apps icon bouncing around onto other apps with in my phone with a down load bar. Like it was stealing other info off those apps. I deleted it off my phone then it continued to try to steal info off other apps. I had to shut down my phone and restart it. Then I updated my phones firmware. I hope this fixed it but I won’t be downloading it again.

This app has not been accurate ever since the update. It has not added my points at all. Maybe once. Liked the old app. Should have just kept it the way it was. It always says the server is down and has told me I've had the same points for weeks now when I go in there every other day spending 30 bucks at a time. I should have enough for another 20 gift card but it's not adding them and it's very frustrating. Please fix it.

I’ve been trying to use my points but when I try to open any of the promotions, I just get a perpetual “gathering adventure data” message and the app is locked. Tried WiFi and cellular data, restarting my phone and uninstalling/reinstalling app, nothing works.
