Absolutely Worthless!

Pick up a card at Maverik Store when I got gas. Downloaded the app. Put in all my info. Read all their info for privacy. Won’t let me submit and register my card. Tried multiple times. Absolutely worthless!
Needs a better logo

Reading comments I think a l lot of people had the same problem I had. Because of the spelling of “Maverik”(convenience store) and “Maverick” (steak and wine place) people are signing up for the wrong ones. The logo needs to be more recognizable for people downloading the app.
Login issues and slow

App keeps logging me out of my account and when I try to log back in it doesn’t remember my password. Super annoying. It’s also really slow so not worth having.

This app ALWAYS makes me log in when I need it and want to buy something at a Maverick. It always spins and says checking for update all the time—even when you switch to another app and quickly switch back. This is a terribly frustrating experience.

So old Android phn app work great now iOS it worked great but the last few weeks it’s not keeping me logged in and then it keeps saying my password is not right!

This app will not scan the back of my card. When I put the numbers in it doesn’t work either. Unable to set up! I love Maverick however after reading other reviews and my own experience it seems the company would have possibly been better off having a teenager or child create this app. Hopefully my experience is a temporary issue.??
Wallet app

Would be super convenient to save the card on the wallet app instead since I pay at the pump with Apple Pay.

So basically the problem is. I can’t add a club card. I try to enter the number on the card and it says it’s wrong. And if I try to scan it nothing happens at all. So that blows

The app logs you out after a certain time. It doesn’t remember your login credentials and doesn’t offer finger tip authentication. I live 45 minutes from the nearest Maverik I only go every few weeks and Im never logged in and can’t use the app. Fix this.
