I literally only use this to scrobble tracks to last.fm. At first I thought I absolutely had to use Marvis instead of Apple Music and it nearly made me give up on Apple Music until I realized I can just leave Marvis running in the background. IMHO, the navigation is terrible. It’s just ridiculously terrible. But being able to scrobble tracks, even manually, is reason enough for 5 stars.

It's a great app I love how much you can customize it, I gave 4 instead of 5 until they update it for lossless and spatial music!

I know for many people a paid music client might seem weird or a hard sell, but with its extensive customization, second to none Last.fm integration, and it’s gorgeous interface, Marvis is an excellent replacement for the stock app.

This app came highly recommended on Reddit. Just got it today and already it’s one of my top 5 apps. It offers almost everything I’ve found lacking with the Music iOS app. Tons of customizations, listing track count at the TOP of playlist, even on outside of playlist, now playing notifications, and an actual live, working widget just to name a few.

I have a lot of music from various sources. The Apple Music player doesn’t get it. Songs and artists, if grouped at all, are split into a different album for each song. It’s a nightmare. This app fixes everything. It all flows easily and makes sense. Nice work fellas.

It looks so beautiful throughout the whole app the animations are beautiful as well but the “Full-Player” looks so out of place with the text in the middle and not on the left like maybe all other text throughout the app. I just wish it looked like the Apple Music player. I’d even pay more I just feel so down as it’s just missing that!!!! (& maybe a nicer animation with the background when changing the song.) but that’s just my opinion it is overall a great music player! (ALMOST PERFECT!)

The options to optimize the layout to your needs is mind blowing. It really makes difference to see something in three rows layout and another thing in just one. The app really motivates to focus on music organization which leads some new discoveries and surprises. The stellar integration with Last.fm is a big plus. Also it supports native Music app features likes Loseless playback etc. The whole thing is so unique, I couldn’t have an idea what to squeeze from a music app in 21st century, but now I know.
