Awesome!

Waaaay better than the iOS stock app and much better than any other music player app in the store! Well worth the cost, and I would have probably switched sooner, but there was no trial period. I think more people would use the app if they had an option to try before buying. 5 stars!!!

Too many consistent bugs

I’ve been using this for about a week and really want to like it. When you use the app for the first time in a while and select a song, it will begin playing a different and random song. Not sure why that is. The app crashes on a regular basis as well. I may give it another shot after a long while when hopefully it can be less buggy but for now it’s far to frustrating to keep using it.

Playlists Work

Latest update has fixed my issue thank you. I have changed my rating based on this , and I much prefer your app over apples. Used it all last night not one issue at all.

Very Nice

Read about this app at Cult of Mac and so far, I’m liking it a lot.

Does not work anymore - Waste of money

Evaluator

After one day of use, the app suddenly asked for access to “the library”. Unfortunately, I have no clue how to do it. As a consequende, the app does not work anymore and the $5.- was a waste of money. Deleted the app and am back to the original music app.

Very good, needs MV support

I’m very impressed by Marvis. The layout and functionality is surprisingly customizable. I have a number of filters and sort criteria on the home section that streamline navigating my library while also being more aesthetically pleasing than the stock music app. I have only a couple of negatives to mention. One is the lack up support for manipulating the “Up Next” queue. This may not be something specific to this app, but rather a limitation of iOS. It’s tolerable though, since the drag-and-drop option menu essentially functions the same way. If I only want to hear a single song, I can tap and hold a song and drag it to the “Now Playing” option, rather than being forced to swipe left on every individual song in the “Up Next” queue that follows it. Another thing that would improve this app is music video support. Currently, I can play music videos from my library in this player, but only with audio. The video is replaced with a still thumbnail image taken from the video. I reopened the stock music app for the first time in several weeks because I wanted to watch some of my music videos. Other than some small bugs and desirable features, I thoroughly recommend Marvis. It is completely worth the price I paid for it, and it’s several times better than Apple’s Music app.

Absolutely fantastic!

Skipped a latte last week and bought this instead, and I use it dozens of times a day. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and the gestures and animations inside the app are a joy to use. If you love music, then loving the app that controls your music only makes the experience better. Highly recommend this, works perfectly with my Apple Music subscription, and has found the holy grail of places on my phone - the dock. ?

A MUST HAVE APP

I’m so glad I saw this App! Marvis Pro has changed the game for Apple Music!!! I would keep Spotify on my phone and pay the extra monthly fee for it just because I loved Spotify’s interface (GUI). Now with Marvis Pro that has all changed! I can create the Apple Music interface to look HOW I WANT IT TO LOOK! I’ve deleted Spotify and have now saved $10 a month! APPLE you should hire this Marvis genius and his/her whole team!!! A definite MUST HAVE APP!

Truly Excellent

This app addresses all of my frustrations with Apple’s current Music app and it has actually made me enjoy my subscription more. My only wish would be to have Apple podcast integration in the menu screen!

As a fan of the stock iOS Music app, whoa...

This app rules all. I love the customization options it brings while staying super minimal, design and UI wise. The MVP feature though is drag and drop. As someone who likes to “curate” songs to shuffle through daily, this is an absolute game changer. I no longer have to waste time making temporary playlists. Brilliant.
