AMAZING!!

Landscape solved! One time purchase — check! Tip jar? Deserves tip! It’s hard to believe Apple won’t do Landscape mode but for driving and orienting an iPhone in Landscape for Maps … to have to physically rotate is such a bummer. Until this. UPDATE: Couple days later … this is my all time favorite music app. So worth the money!

Infinitely better than Music.app

I collect lots of local music files (several thousand songs in my library) and over the past few months I had begun to feel like I had forgotten about and was missing out on so much great music in my library that I had simply forgotten about because Music.app’s layout is suboptimal for large libraries. I was tired of the 2 album wide layout in the albums view as well as the clutter in the albums view from various singles’ “albums”, not to mention the barebones Library screen with its overemphasis on recently added music. This app was recommended over Reddit and wow, it’s phenomenal. The Home screen alone is a huge leap over the Music.app’s Library screen and allows customization with whatever categories you wish. You can determine the filtering, sorting, randomness, and even the display style for each category. But this customization isn’t just limited to the Home Screen. Every other view in the app allows for customizing the filtering and view. For example, in the albums page I have set it to filter out albums with only one song and albums with less than 10 minutes of content. This leaves only EPs and LPs so I can scroll through and find which album will give me a full listening experience. I even customized it to display 4 albums on each line and with no title or artist text beneath for a functional yet clean look. All of that is to say, this app is phenomenal and I haven’t even mentioned the last.fm integration or the gestures. I would recommend this to anyone with large local iTunes libraries who is tired of Music.app and its limitations.

Not the best for me

So this app is not bad. Sathorn, Soor, and all the other music apps lack a dedicated volume button but this does not. I would like a bigger volume rocker. The volume rocker does not have to be bigger than the current one. Also I would prefer a horizontal menu layout. The side button is difficult to use. The volume button for me would be better if it didn’t zoom in and out when I would use it. Thanks.

Great App but still has some bugs, could be perfect

Sometimes when using the search bar and trying to return, the only solution is to restart the app. Otherwise you’re stuck in the search screen without even a search bar.

Make Apple Music yours

Schvyler

This app has an unfathomable amount of ways to display, organize, and curate your music. It’s a fool’s errand attempting to explain them. Try it for yourself.

Best. Music. Player. No contest.

I’ve been wishing for Apple to implement a better music player in iOS until I found Marvis. Easily the most customizable and polished interface I’ve ever used. A little overwhelming at first, but everything is well labeled and explains it’s features very well. I would like to say I’m impressed, but after using iOS for 10+ years, this is by far the best app I have ever used. Thanks to the dev team for their incredible work! Will recommend to anyone I come across.

Best app for customization

No longer works with iOS update

Great app, useless until developers release an update. Crashes every time it opens

Works fine and tech support is excellent, via email or Reddit.
