Terrible changes to the game and my iPhone is overheating. Never playing again

Ive been a loyal supporter of this game for over three years but Im uninstalling after this review. I understand that Kabam is a business and they need to make money, that's perfectly fine, but to put forth a product that is not only functioning improperly, but actually damaging their customers iPhone’s (due to excessive heating) is simply ridiculous. I can't in good conscious play this game anymore.

Would really like to know when we are going to get a fix for this. Would love to get on and do the monthly but after about 6 or 7 mins my phone heats up.

It’s not VD, but my phone is literally overheating due to the most recent update of MCOC. I cannot play it. I tried for a week. I’d play in short bursts. But if you’re in an alliance. You need to play more than that each day. My phone just got so hot, it WOULDN’T SHUT OFF!!! I’m done. I’m now concerned the game is damaging my phone.

This game literally caused my iPhone to overheat and malfunction to the point where I had to replace my device. If you don’t mind extremely high device turnover then this may be the game for you, otherwise, turn and run away from this game and unbelievably greedy company.

When Apple suspends refunds due to the large amount of players seeking refunds for dishonest practices (again) then you know it’s a bad choice. Yes that happened and this should not be an Editor’s Choice. Too many bugs that affect the players that never get fixed. Fun game..but, dishonest and attempts to milk customers/playerbase. Apple will ignore this but, this is a very shady company with very shady treatment towards its playerbase. If you boycott Kabam then also boycott Apple for allowing it.

Latest updates overheats iphone within minutes. There’s so many other bugs that it’s pretty much unplayable

Game crashes! Total crap!!!

I have played this game for about a year and a half and have really enjoyed it but this last update (update 19) is total crap. My phone heats up the game restarts my phone in the middle of the game and now it will go black screen while I’m playing. This is no way to run a game. If Kabam doesn’t fix it, I’m done!!

Characters are nerfed suddenly after several years of no issues. More recent characters have poor design and are clearly cash grabs. “Profitable” bugs are shut down within a week while people have to deal with actual bugs for several months. The dev team claims that they want better communication but clearly haven’t demonstrated that they sympathize or actually want to help the player base. Also, forum posts where players are supposed to be able to talk with the devs tend to be deleted when too many complaints start to pop up, showing that the devs really don’t like to talk to the player base
