Used to be a good game, bad customer service has ruined it

If you have been using this game consistently for four years like I have, but have reached the end of your patience over the two weeks in July 2018 - you are in good company. The complaints are piling up and the problems are just getting worse. We are way past critical mass, we are looking at total meltdown of this game. I have lost all confidence in these developers to fix it. Too bad. It used to be fun. Time to shut it down.

Glitchy & Laggy for Apple products

I’ve been playing MCOC for over two years and dealing with bugs, glitches, and random game freezing/crashes are just a normal feature of the game for iPhone and iPad. In addition the game overheats my iPhone to the point of worrying about damaging it. It absolutely kills the battery life and recharge ability of Apple products. Fun game if you set that aside but these problems have gotten worse over time and not better. Not worth the time or the possibility of damage to your phone. Check back in a year to see if they’ve fixed any of the ongoing problems.

You are wasting your money if you download this game, it’s set up so you can’t compete without paying big money. The game is constantly shutting down for unexpected maintenance, and they run software that will destroy the device you play on after 15 minuets of continuous play. Kabam has lost touch with how to format a game and they’re more concerned with selling over priced material then fixing the bugs they keep creating. You will rarely be able to log on and when you do, Kabam will flood you with over priced ripoffs. Do yourself a favor and save money by finding a game from another developer.

As of version 19.0 release the game causes iOS phones to overheat.

Horrible customer service and public relations. Game mechanics and availability of resources make it near impossible to advance... much less to a level to reach higher content. They refuse to listen to their customer base. Update:5July2018. No word from the company on several complaints from the community as a whole. They disguise themselves. The game play is great but the customer service is horrible. They pay no attention to the community as a whole and the massive outcry for change. I want a company to profit... if they provide value but Kabam does not. Research outside kabams ability to influence their own in store rating by deleting poor ratings. The community at large is boycotting the company... and I am too. I will not spend another dime with them until they hear us. Update: 12July18 New update continually heats up my phone and causes a shut down. Apple warns me not to run the app anymore because it risks frying my battery.... makes it hard to progress on milestones and run alliance quest and wars with my team when there is a fear of ruining a $1000 phone. Company doesn’t even warn you about this current problem.

Kabam‘ snots recent release will drastically overheat your phone and void the warranty on your device. Apple has said not to even play the game and Kabam hasn’t done anything to fix this issue. The last update was over a week ago.

Version 19.0 has made the game unplayable. Game crashes at random tones and, if you have an iPhone like me, your phone will start to over heat and the battery may need to be replaced. Game teams has no respect or care for its users. Game crashes constantly and they change content with no regard of what it will do to its players.

I love mcoc and marvel, but about 15-20 minutes playing the game, my phone begins to heat up and lag. Soon the app closes out, sometimes I’m lucky enough to have the game not shut off, or even restart my phone mid-fight. The app is starting to interfere with other apps on my phone. PLEASE fix this, like many others and myself we would love to enjoy the game without all the issues.
