I hate this game

If you want to break your phone and punch the developers in the junk, download this game. If you want to devote all of your free time to this game and pursue unattainable goals, download this game. If you want to stay up late so you can finish an event so you can get 50 5-star shards and then end up playing until 5 a.m. then have to get the kids up and get them ready for school and get to work on time so you can sneak a few quests in before you sneak in your war fights and get mad as hell when you don’t have any more alliance health potions because the alliance you’re fighting has put a duped 5 star Hyperion as their champ so you piss and moan and all your coworkers can hear you and think you’re crazy, download this game.

The latest update 19.1 is even worse than the other update. The game is barely playable now. Phone overheats, the lag is horrible. The customer service is horrible. They are more than happy to take your cash though. They even resorted to asking ordinary users to test proposed fixes.

Been a long time player, fell off for awhile, but play 1-2 hours a day. Overheating issue seems to be resolved—thank goodness!!—but now crashing mid-fight and when trying to start new fights. Also issues with laggy gameplay. With every updated comes fixes then new problems. But most of the time Kabam is relatively quick to solve the problem. Play on iPhone X as well as iPad mini

Good game, but has a couple cons

I have been playing this game for a while now, and spent some money on it even. I love this game and I am not writing a review to down it, but I think some things could be added to make it better. For instance, I think some of the past event characters like Kang the conqueror and Thanos should be added to one or two crystal pools so they could be obtainable once more. I also think all the infinity war characters should get a crystal if they haven’t already. (I am not too sure and if there is I am sorry) Anyway Kabam I really like your game and hope it continues to do well! On a side note, I know that everyone has been asking for this so I might as well speak for the people here, can you maybe increase the drop rates of crystals just a little bit. It does get kinda annoying that every time I open a premium hero crystal it always ends in a 2*, so maybe decrease the chances of getting a 2* or 3* hero in the premium and grandmaster crystals.
