Don’t waste your money

Don’t be stupid and spend money to get crystals, cause you’ll end up getting people you already have. The game itself is good, it’s just so frustrating cause you’ll get the same people over and over again. Also keep in mind the developers just want money, don’t buy into it Also the “increased chance at this special champion” crystals are a ripoff
Still overheating/lag/crashing

No end in sight and no help from Kabam. Canned responses and threads being shut down when you call them out for their issues. When you create a support ticket they will give you the run around then just close you case when you tell them their “fix” didn’t work. Major cash grab to get you to buy items to make up for their issues. They used to compensate you with items when they knew they had a problem... now they say sorry that that’s just part of the game. Save you time. Find a new game.

After downloading their “hotfix” for the first overheating issue, it somewhat mitigated the overheating/battery drain and disconnection issues from fights etc. so this new update is here, i download it and guess who is back? Overheating, except this time, kabam is telling me through email that they fixed the issue and somehow it is our own device and suggest websites for overheating issues. Kabam is probably the shadiest scheming companies i have ever had to deal with. Save yourself and save your devices from getting burned out literally

The 19.1 update is causing my phone to overheat again. This is unacceptable, I’m not playing this game until it’s fixed. Only for kabam to mess it up again because they all got autism

Kabam did not payout rewards for their monthly calendar and said, “oh well”. This game has lost its luster. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

This game is awful. Kabam’s corporate greed doesn’t shy away from any opportunity to profit from its users. And in spite of the problems it has faced lately it has not yet taken action to fix any of its problems. Do your self a favor and avoid this game.
