Has become a hot mess

Literally, the last 3 updates have become a joke. The game overheats and shuts down. You would think they test before they release something but instead they leave it up to their user base. Sad state of what was once fun and enjoyable. Any time you make a comment on their forum that isn’t gushing praise they shut you down and warn you. Stay away and save your soul. It’s only proper one of the top characters is Mephisto.

v19.1 has similar overheat bug to v19.0

While the developer took steps to address the potentially device damaging overheat issues from v19.0, the latest version (19.1) has similar overheat issues which let to multiple reports of damaged devices. For now, I would not recommend anyone download this game.

I love this game, but when the most recent update came out it keeps saying my connection doesn’t work. Im really annoyed that i can’t play my favorite game anymore

I wasted 3yrs playing this game and after the last patch...I finally think gave up cuz of poor management from Kabam and after patching something 2 more glitches or problems occur and they’re even worse than the last one. Save ur self and don’t install this!

I find myself not knowing if I’ve done a certain line in the quests or not and I think this could be helped by highlighting or letting the player know they have already completed this mission.

I have tried my hardest for 3 yrs playing avg 4 hrs a day. All updates are for the YouTube players that do it for a living and bored with it. They have made it too hard, so all you do is fail if you can’t play like the pros, and spend like them. You will get garbage heroes to play with because the odds are so much against you. If you like being frustrated by your gaming then play this impossible game rather than enjoying other games. I quit, like most others have. Most of all they need to use all that money to get it running on servers that can handle the weight of the game so it doesn’t lag all the time.

I have been playing this game for a long time. The game content is fun to deal with as long as the game itself is running smoothly. The lag, framing issues, the overheating, the constant emergency maintenances which do not seem to address or fix any issues, the sensitivity of the touch to block/dash/evade/attack: this is frustrating. It seems all of this has been brought to the attention of the developers and they don’t seem to care to address it tastefully. There is a post about what great content is coming out ignoring what all the “summoners” are speaking up about. When people ‘complain’ and rightfully so they are blocked or their posts are deleted from the thread pages. This is bad business all across the board. I get it it’s a game. But don’t capitalize off of the hopes of people expecting a good product that they are investing their time into.

Why do I need a "nickname"?

I love this game but when I logged in after a long time my account was not mine and my previous account confederate men still existed not sure how to get it back
