I cannot download this game

I cannot download this game, is there a problem with this app?? Update: It finally opened.

Where’s the English?

Marybuzz

It would be helpful when playing True Chinese Mahjongg that “some” English dialog is spoken. Is this game discriminating? Only Chinese speaking people can play it? If so....state it.

I enjoyed this game immensely. Have been playing for a long time and cumulated close to 1.5 million points. I played it with the sound off which is more enjoyable than with the sound on. I have almost complete understanding of all the playing terms with the exception of the the term 推不倒,not really sure how to achieve that although this term appeared on several of my winning hands when I played. I have shared this game with several friends and relatives and most of my referrals enjoyed it as much I do. Thank you for creating this wonderful game.

Opponents’ moves don’t make sense

Rockitune

Don’t get me wrong - I enjoy playing game and I play it 20 times a day. The problem I have is when i looked the hand of my opponent who gave me my winning tile, I would often find the opponent made a move that would make everyone scratch their head, for example, breaking up a set formation, or chowing when there are two tiles left.

Doesn’t follow rules

Kitto-Katsu

I’ve had several instances where I should have been able to win, but the game doesn’t offer the chance to take a tile - for example being one away from winning with honors & knitted, and an honor I don’t have or number for the knit I don’t have being discarded. It’s really disappointing to play.

Not for a newbie!

I find the instructions to be very incomplete. Nowhere does it explain what you do in the game. When I started my first game, after reading the instructions, I was surprised that dice were involved. Nowhere in the instructions does it say that you use dice and when, what do the numbers mean, etc. Also, what am I supposed to do? How do I know what tile to play, where to put it, where is the draw deck, what are the people saying and why aren’t they speaking English if I chose English in the settings, do the words they are saying have to do with the game, are they instructions, or is it just social chit-chat? I want to learn how to play mahjong but I can’t find an app that actually explains in English, with complete instructions in detail. It would be great if an app would guide a newbie through several games explaining what to do and why as play continues all the way thru to the end. I went to realmahjongg.com because I was told I could learn how to play on that website, but it costs $5.99/month and their ios app costs $6.99/month. That is way too steep for a game. I have a beautifull Mahjongg set the my Mom bought when she & my step-dad were in China 10-15 years ago. I was hoping to learn how to play it but it doesn’t seem likely from what I have found so far.
