Doesn’t follow rules – Mahjong 13 tiles Review

I’ve had several instances where I should have been able to win, but the game doesn’t offer the chance to take a tile - for example being one away from winning with honors & knitted, and an honor I don’t have or number for the knit I don’t have being discarded. It’s really disappointing to play.
