NEVER the same price, always the same trip

I use public transportation to get around frequently. I wish Lyft had the feature to lock in a price like Uber does. I also hate how there will be random surge pricing and there is never an explanation as to why the rides cost 2x more on some days…You cannot expect us to leave tips for the riders if the cost of each ride is between $30-$55 every time.

I live in a relatively rule area so it makes finding rides near impossible. I’ve been known to wait upwards of an hour for Uber but I don’t have that problem with Lyft maybe the first 2-4 cancel but usually I can find somebody within 20-30 minutes.

The pick-up area is not accurate at the St.Louis, MO airport. Both the driver and I were waiting at different areas. Not the drivers fault. The instructions for the pick-up area is not updated.

Ride to airport

Scheduled my ride to the airport a day in advance I was a little hesitant because I have not done it before. Uber app was not working only for same day pick up It was so easy with the Lift app to do it Ride was on time. Thank you!

First Timer Lift

Wow, I couldn’t believe how easy App was to use and I could see exactly where the driver was. I used the preferred rate which was a little bit more but well worth it as I was running behind for my doctor appointment. The driver was very polite and friendly. I recommend Lift.
