I have enjoyed using Lyft. Lately I have used it to pick up someone who is at a different location and the app attempts to change the pickup location to my location. Help me make it easier to assist others who need rides.

It’s total trash that a regular driver cannot pick up 4 people who are not ill, who are wearing masks on a 5 minute ride. An XL for 4 people is not science. We’re all still in the same car with no dividers. We also recently had a completely senile driver on way to airport who took us into the city instead of to airport then the long way there. I did get extra money for the length removed but he is surely a repeat offender. And when I politely told him to follow the directions on the GPS and that we were going the wrong way twice, he argued that he knew where he was going. Used to be very happy with lyft but covid has really got you guys.


Took Lyft to Covid vaccination.

I needed help in getting to the pharmacy to get medication I could not drive thank you so very much Lift for picking me up in the blink of an eye by Asia she was so sweet and I had to wait for only one minute before Jimmy picked me up a gentleman who is the Gold Standard of customer care he had me laughing and I feel so blessed to have met him . Physically I was in pain that’s why I couldn’t drive and needed to get to the pharmacy little did I know that part of the plan was Asia then Jimmy would have me feeling a whole lot better Jimmy put a spark of happiness into my day what a representative reflecting Lyft as a Gold Standard company don’t ever let this gentleman go


Poor interface to contact driver during pickup

Poor interface to contact driver during pickup. I was waiting for driver to spot the car, calling to reach driver but no luck using yhe call driver interface thru the app. At the end driver left and charged me no show/cancellation fee.

They always find a way to overdraft my account when I have the money on my account. They take money for the initial ride, and keep it then days later they finalize the purchase and take more money. Then I get charged for an overdraft fee that never should’ve happened. Then days later after my account been in the negative and my bank charges me the overdraft fee(which means I can’t use my card or access my money) my account magically has my money back on it and it’s no longer in the negative. It only happens when I use Lyft and it’s been 4 times it has happened. It’s ridiculous.

Got charged twice for the same ride but at least they tried to change the numbers from 13.97 to 16.97 and this only happened because one included the tip and the other didn’t. Prices are good and the ride was good but in all just the charging method is off

I had a driver pick my up in the wrong car. I was charged lux fees. Driver was very rude as well. The first car that was sent was dirty inside and out. I don’t mind paying extra but I am starting to get little disappointed in Lyft handling of the Lux rides. I would think there would be better customer services. The it the holds you all are putting on my money and time in me having to cancel rides. Please work on it I am a loyal customer and I spend a great deal of money so please treat me right.
