Uber has been trying so hard to please everyone that they have the worst drivers and they don’t get penalized for their actions. Lyft is cheaper, more options, more drivers. The only con: they don’t have my address registered so I need to walk a bit so people can see me.
PROBLEM PICK UP

I was out front for 10 minutes and the first driver never showed up. I then received a text that he was leaving and that I would be charged $5. Do not charge $5 as the first driver never showed up or try to contact me. This is the first service issue that I have had with Lyft. The second driver, Julia, was fine and had no issue in seeing me.
