Have never had a problem using your services in Florida. All the drivers are very nice and polite.
Damage fee charge incorrectly
Never ever use this app again
The driver lied and charged me damage fee incorrectly for $80. I tried to report to lyft but they don't trust me or listen to me. The customer service attitude was awful and rude. And they are only on the driver's side. Never ever use lyft app again.

The Lyft charged the price much higher than before this year and also today I tried to book a solid destination but Lyft keep changing it to a wrong one which makes me cannot get to right place, I even tried to change the drop off destination to a right one while trip, the driver can prove that, and the Lyft just cannot do it!!!
