OK so I’m very new to Lyft. So far my experience has been very good, 4 rides so far. WAYYYYYY cheaper n faster than a taxi, what’s not to love so far? I LOVE LYFT

It is wildly inaccurate, I missed the bus waiting 2 minutes at a cvs line while the app magically dropped my ride and didn’t notify me it was coming 15 minutes earlier. I couldn’t wait 2 hours so I had to pay extra for the freaking Lyft ride
Damage fee ride scam

I am very disappointed in the customer service that I have received from Lyft. I was charged for an $80 damage fee for “spilled soda.” However, there was no soda brought into the ride and I am 100% certain of this. The only evidence Lyft needed was a picture of a wet car seat. I believe this driver either did this intentionally to make extra money, or that this happened on a later ride. When reaching out to customer service on this, I received short and insufficient responses with no remorse. Basically, they said that they take the drivers word over the customers. So be careful when putting your card into Lyft because their little fine print states they can charge you for whatever they want!

During this difficult time for everyone there’s people like John, who helped like no one else during my riding history. He was very understanding companionable, went above and beyond to help me in very difficult situation in the middle of the night, when my brother without the phone tried to meet the driver. John was our # 5, who did not cancel the ride, didn’t leave us, found him and brought him home. Thank you so much, John! Have a safe blessed driving, appreciative customers -always ???
