Poor web site/software.

It did not recognize the pick up spot that I was standing at. I put in correct address and it kept being changed. A car wad going to incorrect pickup and I had to call the driver to give him the correct address

I'm not sure if it is because my house is new and my area is still being built but my location to be picked up that is recommended is modified and at the end of my street. But I can just change it to my current location. The problem is when I try to return home, it sets my location to the end of the street instead of my house. That makes it hard for me because not all of the drivers can comprehend English well so it can be difficult. Please change this. Also my pricing is weird. When I first downloaded this app. I only had to pay 11.50-12.50 normally. But now I'm paying 13:50+ daily. I don't know why it did this. It started to happen after I did the promotion for a certain percent off my rides. And after the promotion ended it was costing me 14+ to order a Lyft. I only work a part time job so I can't pay this much to and from work everyday. I'm not sure what happened and why the pricing is like this, but please get back to me so I can find out why. Overall this app is pretty great and the safety features are very up to date.

Lyft driver never showed up

Samiullah accepted my ride request, but over the next 55 min his car never started in my direction. I reached out to him 3 times, first by text then by calling him twice, and he never responded. So I cancelled the ride and requested another. As a result of the delay in getting a Lyft ride, I had to 3 times reschedule the appointment I was trying to get to.

I have been using Lyft for some time now. But for the past month or so it has become impossible to get a ride to my destination on time. A lot of the drivers cancel the ride when they are 3-7 minutes away from me, and it always makes me late to work. A driver even left me at my destination when I set it for him to take me back home. Drivers are terrible Lyft needs to hire better workers.
