I was waiting for the driver for a while. It was said that he was waiting for me (I was waiting for him outside of the store, at the front entrance, in communication with him. Saying, " where are you", "I don't see you"! The next thing I knew, I was cancelled and charged $5. I know that $5 isn't much, but it's the principal of the thing. Your driver failed!!! And it should be properly noted.

Booked a “wait and save” waited a hour just for them to tell me there’s no drivers. Be like Uber that tells you there’s no drivers

My ride was never accepted and when I went to request a ride it always told me to go to Lyft support
