Due to the weather we were waiting for 35+ minutes trying to confirm a ride and Melanie here was finishing up a ride and decided to take our ride afterwards. She was a big help to my sister who was going through some hardships at home with her girlfriend. She was her angel tonight

All cause of the virus it’s so hard to find a Lyft even when u save u still end up waiting over an hour it’s ridiculous and then when they find a ride they cancel it so u have to wait again same way with Uber

Before I catch a ride, I usually compare Lyft & Uber prices. I have seen myself, catching Uber more than Lyft. It used to be the other way around, because Uber was always much higher. Now, Lyft is way more higher, which is very odd to me. There has been more than a few instances where I’d put down the location I need to go & Uber will say (for example), $20, & I’ll put that same location in Lyft & it will $50. I’m not sure why the prices have gotten higher, but hopefully it can be looked into.
scheduling a ride ≠ getting a ride

I have no idea why Lyft has a ride scheduling feature if there is no guarantee that a ride will be available. I scheduled a Lyft to work this morning and 20 minutes after I do so the app says that they are searching for drivers. I ended up using a more reliable app when I realized Lyft did not have enough drivers but would not say so. It’s awful being late to work because an Lyft was dishonest about their capabilities.

Since so many years riding with Lyft & except some minor issues; Lyft has a very customer caring team... for example: if the driver doesn’t show up in time & you’re delayed for any appointment or at work; without any hesitation they issue you the credit. All my request (again and again) is except for my work; send me the small cars only; as my wife had the three knee surgeries... so far my request is honored; but please keep it up.
