This taxi app is not efficient. It took me more than 45 minutes to get a taxi to go to work. The promotions are scam, if you use them they do not provide the same service. Because of Lyft I was late for my work !!.

I tried calling Uber from 4:45a to 5:15a to get to the Louisville Airport SDF. Finally, I opened a Lyft account and got picked up in 10 minutes.

The service was great and Lyft ended up finding me a driver that could get to me sooner. It truly meant a lot to me considering,I was on a tight time schedule. It’s always good to know there are people who display acts of kindness when possible.

I was charged for a ride that I never took on Halloween .. I tried to speak to someone about this and they couldn’t even call me. They told me my situation will be handled “via email” . Like what?! This is ridiculous
