I loved the ride from beginning to end

Lyft was easy to set up on my phone and extremely smooth to interact with. Don’t think I’ll ever put up with the head ache Uber gave me again. Here is my second review: I still love LYFT!!!!

Driver never showed

The driver never showed I text him ask where he was he text me back OK I text him back and said it says you’re here but I don’t see you please confirm where you are if you’re running behind no response I said can you are you here are you lost please respond his response was oh I’m on my way back I picked up two people that jumped in the car and said that I was there Lyft in two minutes and he never showed horrible horrible experience for a young child 17 to have to go through in the cold thank you

I used Lyft frequently before the pandemic and continue to use during the pandemic. I’ve always felt safe and appreciate the safety standards. No matter what part of CA or state Lyft is reliable, safe & efficient. Drivers have always been friendly and courteous & most cars are nicer than my car.

Driver never picked me up

Lyft charged me for a ride I did not take. I was at the pickup spot, but without my authorization and without me in the car, the trip started without me. I’ve also been a Lyft driver with over 4000 rides. After about 20 attempts to get my money back from Lyft, I still have not received a refund. I’m very disappointed in Lyft’s unwillingness to make a wrong right. Update: it’s about 3 weeks later, and Lyft has still refused to refund me for a ride I didn’t take. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company, and still am unable to get a refund from Lyft!
