Can no longer log in on app

Ever since the latest update I can’t log into my account. Add anything to the cart or check out. I had to use a browser. Not an easy thing on my phone. Please fix this.

My favorite feature is the “Favorites” list. The list contains location of the items, add the item to your list. Open the app when you get to the store. The list includes the location of the items. You can find your items quickly, no wandering around the store.

Every time that I’ve ever been to the store there people there are very helpful and they will help you decide and some of the things and choices that you’re doing and I love that most of all it’s just a courtesy that you get from everyone when you walk in the door to when you leave that keeps me coming back for more I am a Lowe’s family member


Never in the right location

I shop at Lowe’s often. The app is easy to use and has good descriptions. However, the location or quantity of items is seldom correct. Even employees say the same thing when asked for assistance. Also the app doesn’t seem to sync with my account on their website.


Lost my order history

I deleted and reinstalled the app but can no longer see my order history even though the email address to which they send the order confirmations and the address that I used to sign in are the same. I created an order using the app yesterday and it is not in the system, nor are the dozens of other orders I’ve placed using the app. The app support goes to a page where you can call them and probably speak to someone who knows nothing about the app; the links for customer service or contact us on that page go back to that page. There is an app page on the website but it has no place for feedback.

Can’t do what I want!

I tried adding an item to my cart and kept getting the error message “Sorry, we are unable to add this item to your cart. Please try again.” I called the store and they had 17 available. I tried cancelling an online order and got the error message “Cancellation failed! Please try again.” I was able to complete both of these tasks via Safari and not the app. The only thing I was able to do through the app was let me know I was there to pick up a different order. Very inconvenient.

Loved the app until you updated

Loved using the app before going to get items but now the app will can be only used by iOS 13 or higher. Most phones people have at 12 and lower. Can’t use it now after the update.
