Cumbersome

Lowe’s developers frivolously disable copy/paste if model number search, to presumably make it harder for you shop elsewhere- as if that’s gonna stop anyone. The result is that if I wanted to web search that model number to get extra specs from perhaps the product manufacturer, because Lowe’s may not have full specs, the app forces me to use my web browser instead so that I can copy model/part numbers. How awful!
Virtually impossible to order online!

First off, searched “chrome wire shelving” and got a tiny fraction of what is actually available at Lowe’s. When I tried to set up a credit card, I kept getting error messages with no explanation of what to fix. Amateurish at best!
Poor barcode reader for adding purchases

I am not able to add purchases through this app. The barcode reader is not reading the barcode, I don’t see any transaction number on the email receipt for adding purchases manually.

re-direct issue
Probably the worst app from a major company that I have ever used. It doesn’t recognize my account, when I was able to login it said my address was missing (froze when I tried to update). If you have a pro account, just use their website.
App update crashes

This app has been invaluable in the past. Since the most recent update it crashes immediately on launch. Not functional at all in current state.
