Can’t save things to Quicklist

This app used to work great, but I can’t save anything to the Quicklist anymore, even with the newest update.

I have used this app many times and found it to be good to find things! That gets it two stars! Online ordering is at best a joke! I tried to order 3 items related to each other. First try it wouldn’t accept any payment information! Second try it told me one item was no longer available! Third try it would only allow me to ship one item to the store and the other had to be trucked to my house for an additional ninety dollars! That was more than the item worth, and could be carried in your hands! Seems more like a rip-off rather than a workable tool!
Was logged out and can't log back in after this update

Just what the title says. I even deleted and redownloaded the app. I still can't log into in. Even the Lowe's website is the same way. No I don't have all day to wait on the phone and the help chat was useless.

The app is very dated and is horrendous to navigate. Lowe’s it’s time to pay attention to online commerce or you’ll be Sears in 5 years.

Worst store ever , no customer service, always waiting long times for glass cutting, have to call server also times, workers always gathered in locations talking not helping
