The app no longer indicates what aisle products are on for many products that it says are In stock and only offers delivery and pickup options. This is absurd and renders the app handicapped.
Can’t Use The New App - Thanks Lowe’s

It’s a dang shame that Lowe’s is MAKING people have the latest phones and software to use their app. I am satisfied without the latest of either, but Lowe’s is now MAKING you download their latest app and it is incompatible with older phones and their iOS. Back to Home Depot if Lowe’s doesn’t want me to use their app.
Scan receipt option gone

Why did you remove the one option I liked on this App which allowed me to add a receipt to the app by scanning the barcode? Now all info has to be added manually which is harder. Updates to apps should be to make them more user friendly and not add extra steps for saving purchase history!
Convenient But Inaccurate

It’s a nice app, but don’t rely on it for accurate inventory or location within a store. I placed an online order with the app saying they had 3 in stock. However they didn’t have any and sent my order to a store almost an hour away without notifying me. Cancelled it. Also, the aisle and bay numbers are not accurate either. One particular item I was looking for was not even close to the right section. Thankful to have a Lowe’s employee help me.

How on earth does a STORE not have a search bar right on the home page of the app? And then once they force you to select a department and select the search icon it doesn’t allow you to type in your search? They have thousands of products and I can’t find them easily? What a terrible app!
Ads on my watch? why. not good!

I can’t think of any reason to pipe ads to my apple watch. This app abuses its place. I paid for my watch not Lowes. My watch is not your billboard. I did not opt in for this. I have zero tolerance for you or anyone else scrawling their logo and hawking their wares on my paid for stuff. Uninstalled.

I know what I’m looking for but can’t seem to find a search bar to enter it into. This apps not for me ,poorly thought out. Delete !
Blocks older devices

New update blocks older devices from using app....makes all other versions of app unusable. Home Depot apps still work, so guess I’ll shop at a store that doesn’t force updates to their app and make usable apps unusable to people that want to buy items from Lowe’s. Makes a lot of sense to cripple and stop users from using working apps and force people to update the app.....

Just so non user friendly. Error messages when you try to reset password… toggle/button for selecting items in store just non functional… on and on…this is on the latest iPhone pro with updates. Just inexcusable from a large brand.
