Abuses notifications to constantly push ads. Worse than website in every way. Why is copy disabled. So user unfriendly. Changing stores implemented very poorly. Mediocre app.

The worst app that I have ever used. I got frustrated as it’s ask for location and stalls on the page. Have to purchase from Homedepot due to useless app from Lowe’s.

When I try to login it says my password is wrong, when I try to reset my password it says my email is not in use, when I try to create a new account it says my email is already in use! Also there is no way to sort for whether things are in stock online so if you want something that’s not in the store you select you have to click on a thousand things before you realize there isn’t anything in stock you’re looking for. Also customer service is garbage. Took 10 minutes to get a chat response and they told me they couldn’t help me with the app login and to call a phone number and then the phone number had no selection options for website/app problems and no option to select to talk to a human and when I chose whatever option that was vaguely related to my problem it took have an hour on hold before I got too angry to continue. I will be uninstalling this app and I will be shopping somewhere else from now on.

Older iPhones can not download iOS 13 forcing a choice between buying a new iPhone or loosing all previous purchase information and shopping in person. Really smart move by developers during pandemic.

Won’t let me search but pops a message to go to the App Store and update up. When I get there there’s no option to update, just to open the app?
