The worst app

Every single time I open the app and go to check out, I need to log in. When I go to log in it says unable to log in at this time. For over 6 months it has said the same thing. I have to go and get on the main web page to log in and relook up all my items in my cart and re add them. It’s just frustrating. I downloaded app for easier use. But have only had problems.

Save/favorite function rarely works

Most of the time when I was to save/favorite/heart an item, it says that it’s not able to.

No search capability for purchase history

Why is there no search function in the purchase history? Sure you can filter by year and online vs store, but for someone who has literally made hundreds on purchases in a single year, this is impractical. A simple text search shouldn’t be that difficult to conceive. You already have the database. Trying to find an impact wrench I bought and I literally have to scroll through hundreds of pics and cut off texts and open a bunch of receipts to even see the full contents of the sale. You would think your UX designers would have a bit of know how seeing they’re designing for one of America’s biggest corporations.

What idiot corporation suddenly locks out customers who haven’t upgraded to latest iOS? Lowes! They continue to ignore all the complaints in here. Sheer corporate stupidity.

List management

I find the list feature extremely helpful when shopping, however there is one bug on the app and one feature that would improve things significantly. The bug is that no list will show more than 15 items. On the website you get a “see more” button to load more than 15 items, but no such button is available on the app. The feature request is an ability to sort the lists by aisle/bay. It is super nice that they show me the aisle and bay, but would be awesome if it could sort items automatically, for ease of shopping. Even an ability to manually re-order items would help too, but auto-sort by aisle would be a game changer.

I love shopping at Lowe’s, they have everything you want and need, if you go in for one item, you leave with a cart full, I can spend hours in that store.

My iPhone works great but I can no longer use the Lowes app because it wants me to buy a newer phone. I will now order from Hone Depot. Shame on Lowes

This app never opens, it just shows the solid blue lowes page …. Then freezes … no longer interested in using lowes app

Can’t log in from iPhone 12 ios15.2

I’m able to log in to both web and app on iPad, web on my iPhone12 and via web on my wintel laptop. No luck using the app at all. Tried everything. My wife experiencing the very same situation. Please fix soon. Thanks
