Really good to use for learning or in my case, to continue practicing so I don't lose my russian knowledge. Юра!!!

Program won't download and the developer does not reply to emails about this problem.

I love the app, but one of my favorite things about it was being able to read and listen to French! It helped me be able to understand the language and read/hear different dialects.

App hasn't worked for months now. Still, the fact that they added a German course from English makes me use the web version which I find perfect. The app still needs tons of work.

I would pay. I don't care how you're data mining me because this app is great. So throw all the "quiero coca cola!" and "Ford coches son maravillosos" you want At me.

I really love this app! I find myself using it every day to practice my German. I only wish it had languages like Italian or Japanese. I hope a future update has one of these languages! But I highly recommend this app for your language learning!

I like the format of this app, especially as someone who knew a bit of Spanish already.

I got this because Duolingo was frustrating. I'm not a fan of gammifacation. The flash cards are good. I like that the words are given in context and the grammar notes are short but helpful. There's no level up/points circle jerking. I try to read a French paper every day, and I'm understanding more and more of said paper as time progresses. This is really useful for long commutes because of its bite size nature. It balances new words and old words very well. And it's definitely worth a download if you like to keep track of stats. Obviously you shouldn't use it as a standalone for language learning...but it is great when paired with tv shows, grammar textbooks and movies. I'm using this for French, so it might be different for other languages.

I've been in Peru for two weeks and have had little education in Spanish up until now but after spending about 40 hours with this program, I've been able to communicate most basic things and understand the gist of most conversations.
