It would be a nice feature if you added an Edit feature. So if when you went to a previous order you could add to it. I finally figured I could go back to the menu and add to my previous order. Just a thought. Otherwise I’m happy with your app.

So frustrating. If you switch out of the app real quick, it deletes your basket/search and you have to start over!! Had a full basket for 5 people, switched apps to Google a dish, switched back and my basket was empty. This app is nowhere as good as UberEats and it has virtually no breakfast delivery, not even McD’s which is definitely open early.

The people at Lieferando don’t seem to have much understanding of what their users might want, but at least their app does get the job done (in however a less than ideal fashion!) ... Why would anyone want immediate easy access to their order status once their order has been placed? Why would anyone want to see pictures of food from the restaurant they’re ordering from rather than random stock photos of food from the same “category”? ?♂️

Terrible service. Waited over an hour and a half for food that never arrived Don’t go into food delivery services - if you can’t deliver the food.

So hard to pick good food. No image selection and the user face is horrible. You’ve lost out on so much business by not switching to or at least adapting the deliveroo or foodora interface!

You would assume that since Lieferando is the only choice in Berlin now, they'd step up their game. But they are absolutely the worst. Over the weekend, every restaurant I normally order from was "closed." Of course, a quick call to three of them confirmed they weren't. Today I placed an order that, according to the app, was delivered. Was it? Nope! A call to the restaurant and the response was: "your food is here, waiting to be picked up." That was 2.5 hours ago so I'm pretty sure it ain't coming. Man I miss Deliveroo and Foodora. Trust me, you are better off just going to the restaurant in person. Stay away from this app. Unless you enjoy being frustrated and hungry.
