Totally pointless

This app is horrible!! It constantly gets hung up and the navigation is super unpredictable. Will the back button take me back to where I was? Will it go somewhere else? Who knows!! The app is really just a button on my phone that launches their website, but with none of the functionality of Safari. Lane Bryant has lost several sales because I get too frustrated to complete browsing and checkout. On the plus side, it keeps me from spending money! ? Don’t bother downloading the app. Just use Safari to access their website.

This app is the worst! It times out so quickly and is slow! I keep getting a pop up asking if I need assistance when there is no one to help me ! I just reset my password for the 3rd time and it still won’t let me log in.

Filter options don’t work

When trying to find items with a size filter it brings up the most random items, usually all are sold out. Having to click on every item, wait for it to load, then see it is sold out in every color option and size type doesn’t make sense to me.

I really want to like this app, but somehow it's actually more difficult than using the website on my phone. I really don't know how that is possible. Also, there is no mention of the app on the main site, so I didn't know it existed until recently. But I'm really surprised at the annoying pop ups and how often it stalls and how difficult it is to navigate the app. If you want to compete with other stores like Torrid(who has a seamless app, btw) then you need to work on this. With people only being able to shop online right now, I would think that making your app easy to use would be at the top of your list.

I cannot log in or shop, it does not recognize my requests. I try to add items to shopping cart and it does nothing. Same with the website on Safari. If I wanted to use Chrome or Firefox, I would buy an Android... LB needs to quit excluding Apple users.

I like Lane Bryant’s clothes but this app is not that great. It’s basically the website in app form, meaning you are viewing a website in the app. It doesn’t work well at all. Also a huge thing I do not like is that I have the credit card but it doesn’t automatically link up when I want to to buy something. I have to actually get the card and type in the info when all my cars info is in this same app! Why can’t it be linked?? I’d probably buy more stuff from you guys if this app worked better.

Trying to add items to a wishlist, since they don’t have the size I’m looking for, it’s asking me to log in using an email address. I have the app open and logged in with a username (no email), why ask for it another bit of information. When I use an email and my known password, it tells me it doesn’t match! Frustrating just trying to add something to the wish list and even trying to log in online! And the email I do try it says it’s not in the system, but clearly in my account profile information. This needed to be corrected!

Ditch the pop up videos!

I have been using the app for a long time with no issues. I went in yesterday to pay my bill, and I immediately get stuck in a pop up video. Today, I wanted to look at some yoga pants, and same thing. The main shopping page wouldn’t even load, and when I finally got to where I wanted to go, more pop up videos. I don’t want to watch your pop up videos, and will delete the app if necessary. Have a place where people can watch them, but don’t force us to. It’s slowing down the whole app and frustrating me!
