I recently downloaded the app thinking it would be better, but no, the app is supper slow even with fast WiFi, when I’m scrolling down the page it randomly take u up to the top again, it take a long time to open a new tab from the main menu, over just annoyed bye how slow... sorry not sorry but they should ask torrid how did their webpage deleting the app again and just going through the regular website

Love the app. Just wish that the no wire cooling bras came in bigger cup sizes I love them but last time I bought I ordered the same size I already had in it. From the palm tree pattern but the new ones, cup size must run small. Couldn’t fit them.. they were my favorite.. since I work in a super hot kitchen all day.. please make bigger cups!

This is the absolute worst app that I still have downloaded on my phone. The only reason I do have it is so that I can use my LB card without carrying it with me. Even then, about a third of the time the app won’t load and I end up using my SSN in store anyway. Honestly people, it’s 2019–hire a developer (or a 14 year old STEM club kid) and make a better app.

Everybody wants everything microwave instantly. To think, it wasn’t that long ago, catalogs was the best it GOT. Rome wasn’t built in a day, yet look at some of the beauties that still stand today. So it takes a little time, but the savings, I.e. no trip to the store, gas we save, kids aren’t an issue, be thankful, I am. L.B. is alright with me.

It’s just torture trying to maneuver through the app. Don’t even get me started on try to get details on the product let alone trying to review your basket or placing an order! Forget it!

There aren’t many options for plus size shopping. Lane Bryant has current trends and well-made clothes. Their prices are on the expensive side, and they no longer carry sizes beyond 26/28, which is such a shame. They also should have extended sizes in bras and shape wear. Not everyone’s booty fits into a 3x

This app hasn’t been updated or kept in time with iPhone software updates so it’s a TERRIBLE shopping tool. It’s clunky, and just a mirror of their website. It’s better to view their stuff on the website
