This app is so slow, you should be able to sign in and shop at the same time, it always has a delay while browsing and making payments, it’s should take 2-3 minutes to make a payment.

The app is slow to respond to commands even if on cellular. I tried to check out only find my shopping bag was empty and then the app crashed and will not restart. What a waste of time.
Not easy to use!

I’m not impressed with this app. First, they ask for an unusually long user name as you create the account. Next, you have to download adobe acrobat to view your statement. Then, you have to create an account for adobe, too. Jeez, I just want to Pay my bill. Do you want my money, or not?

Terrible layout, gets stuck spinning, no real way to go back a screen. Absolutely awful.

This app is so glitchy. It takes forever to load any item you want to see. And then when you go back to the search results you’re waiting forever AGAIN as the same page you were just on has to load. I would have bought so much stuff if I didn’t give up after half an hour of only being able to see a couple things. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Not mobile friendly

The app is not very mobile friendly. The multiple hamburger menus one to shop and one did account info is confusing. Then the having to sign in multiple times for different steps. Along with loading and text will over lap pictures or other text, it’s frustrating.

I have downloaded and deleted my app 3 times and it still does not work properly. I am unable to make a purchase using my app. And the app is ridiculously slow. If I sign in to the app it says I am already signed in. If I attempt to make a purchase it will not process beyond reviewing the order. So very frustrating!
