The Lane Bryant app is so bad they should be embarrassed. It doesn’t flow well. You have to sign in every time you use it. The reward points don’t load for 30 days. Scrolling is pointless bc it crashes all the time. It’s so frustrating that I will end up closing the app and using their website on my computer. Or shopping on Target or other clothing apps instead. Fix this app. It’s bad.

I love Lane Bryant, but navigating their app is beyond frustrating. I feel like it isn’t efficient, and I end up not buying things because it takes forever to load or the picture of the product doesn’t load fully so I just move on. I’ve been feeling this way for a while. I shop print from my phone, so the app is important to me. Again, love Lane Bryant but this app has got to get better!!

Hands down the worst app I have on my phone. It’s super slow, poorly organized and lags constantly. There’s 2 menu options and when you open one you can’t get it to close, so I almost always have to close the app and reopen it o get it to go away. I only have this app to pay my credit card bill on the go if needed but I wish they’d do something about how bad this app is. I would 100% recommend just using their website to shop.

Oh geez. This is so bad. Hard to even find where exactly to log in to my account. It's sluggish and difficult to find things. In my iPhone 8+, it enlarges the keyboard and the clock/wifi indicator, etc at the top in the screen, which takes up unnecessary space that could be used to show me their products. Too many menu bars on the same screen...overall poorly designed and a total pain to navigate. Their desktop and mobile websites are great. This app...not so much. No thank you. ??

I just finally deleted this app from my phone. I’ve never once been able to actually complete a transaction in the app and browsing alone is extremely difficult. I love shopping with this brand, but if anyone at Lane Bryant is listening, your app needs a major rehaul.

I usually only buy the unlined full coverage bras- only place I’ll buy them ! Support & construction is excellent...wide shoulder straps - yay ! Can be expensive, unless you find buy one get one half -Jeans are wayyy too expensive,do I won’t buy them ...
App is a nightmare to navigate!
