I love to shop at home and get my active wear without a trip to the store, especially when I'm reordering a favorite item. My biggest complaints are it doesn't save my login or keep me logged in and how it will sometimes rollback to the top.
So so at best 2 1/2 stars

If you are using this solely for the purpose of paying your bill, viewing your statement/transactions, checking rewards points & using your digital LB card in the store. For shopping purposes through the app it's hit or miss sometimes things can be added to your cart & you can check out seamlessly (if you have your physical LB card info because ridiculously it will not let you use the digital LB card for shopping through the app). This app need work because it is not user friendly and I have been using for over 2 years.

I agree with others' reviews that this app is clunky and slow to use, but more importantly, I keep getting a "limited or no connectivity" message. I've restarted the app, restarted my phone, etc. I'm not sure why I keep getting this. My phone and iPad are fine-I can stream from them, but I can't open up the app to shop? ??♀️

The worst app I have ever used I absolutely dread using it I go to the store and order my merchandise through them and let the salesladies deal with the horrible app. It constantly drops out of service area and very slowly downloads loses my information constantly

Very slow and very glitchy!! When ordering the screen jumps so often you can hardly get your info typed in to order items. Then it told me several times to "enter a valid address" when I entered the correct address. This is just terrible! Needs a ton of work!! Not convenient at all.
