This is the most laggy app I have ever used. I can’t look at an item without the app freezing. When I go back to the next screen, it takes me all the way back to the top after it freezes AGAIN. Every time I next the app, I have to sign in over and over. This is the worst app ever. Fix it, Lane Bryant!!!!

When I am scrolling to see what’s available, sometimes it randomly locks up and then goes back to the top and when I click an image to look closer and hit the arrow to go back it takes me all the way back to the top and then flickers and reloads and sometimes locks up. WHY?! Just put me back where I was in the scroll. This makes me want to give up shopping on the app and maybe that’s not a bad thing...I’ll save money. So thanks for saving me money.

I got the app to check my rewards points. Apparently, you can’t do that on the LB Rewards app. There’s no reason to waste time here when everything redirects you to the website anyways.

Make It More User Friendly

Would really like to use the app but just too frustrating. Been trying to pay my account since I first opened it and unable to do it.

I know I am a bit much when I shop. I am super busy and may have all of ten minutes to shop. The staff helps me in and out quickly.

I had paid off my account and was not going to shop at LB anymore since my credit line had been cut in half even though I have never had a late payment. However, it was my sister’s birthday and I saw a couple of cute Fall things so I went into the store. Actually I went to the store three days in a row because of the sales promotions and the Fall styles are so dang cute. I will admit that your sales clerks had to undress your mannequins for me but your Mesquite, TX girls rock!
